- Deliver operational excellence that ensures that all key SLA’s and KPI’s expectations are met.
- Understanding and leveraging tools available to measure service quality, reporting and improving process and procedures. Then the data is compared to past projects, that measures the results and allows us to improve the processes. We’ll then be able to fine tune expectations and overall customer satisfaction.
